For years, I thrived in corporate America, most recently as Global President of Warner Music Experience. While I built global brands and led transformative change, my true purpose was calling me—to enrich lives, lead with heart, and create something deeply meaningful. That purpose led me to XO, Maria Louise.

I began beading during a pivotal time in my life. Ten years ago, during a major life transition, working with gemstones became my anchor. Each stone—unique, strong, and radiant—reflected both the beauty of individuality and the strength of my own story. Over time, this practice became a symbol of resilience, a meditation on gratitude and connection, and ultimately, a passion I wanted to share with others.

In 2024, I chose to step away from corporate life and fully embrace my purpose. XO, Maria Louise was born as a celebration of self-love, resilience, and courage.

The “XO” serves as a daily reminder to wrap yourself in kindness—a hug and a kiss, symbolizing love for oneself and others.
