Refund policy

Orders:

To check the status of your order, please email info@xomarialouise.com. Please include the order number and confirmation number.

Orders placed during business hours will be shipped within 3 -5 days unless express shipping is selected. Orders placed on observed holidays will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed on Monday.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled at any time before the item is shipped. However, once the item has been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled. You will have to process as a return.

Refund Policy / Exchange Policy

Bracelets damaged during transit or upon opening the package can either be refunded, or a replacement bracelet may be requested. If this occurs, email info@xomarialouise.com

Your satisfaction is our priority. Bracelets purchased may be returned for a full refund within 14 days after you receive your order. Bracelets can be exchanged or restrung for up to 24 months from the date of purchase. Please email info@xomarialouise.com for all requests. Please provide your Name, Address and Order Number. Returns will be credited for the purchase price of the bracelet. The shipping costs will not be factored into the credited amount. 

Items listed as Limited Edition may not be returned or exchanged. Your satisfaction is our priority. If an item is a Custom Order and is not filled correctly, e.g., the wrong color or material, email info@xomarialouise.com with your Name, Address and Order Number. The bracelet you wish to exchange must be shipped back in its original packaging. Upon approval, a corrected replacement bracelet will be shipped at no additional cost.

Warranty

XO, Maria Louise is committed to providing high-quality jewelry made to last. We offer a twentyfour-month warranty from the date you receive your order for defects or issues with the workmanship of the jewelry on the end of XO, Maria Louise. Our warranty covers, but is not limited to, broken elastic and incorrectly sized beads. It does not cover lost items or damage caused by improper care, such as exposure to the elements, wear and tear, and fading of metals and gemstones.

 

International Shipping / Sales Tax

Please enter your shipping address at checkout to find the shipping costs and taxes. All international orders will be shipped within 3 business days. American holidays are observed, and orders will be shipped on the following American business day.

Prices of bracelets are subject to change at XO, Maria Louise's discretion. XO, Maria Louise reserves the right to correct inaccurate pricing listed on the website prior to your order being shipped.
