xBracelets damaged during transit or upon opening the package can either be refunded, or a replacement bracelet may be requested. If this occurs, email info@xomarialouise.com
Your satisfaction is our priority. Bracelets purchased may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after you receive your order. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for unworn bracelets that are still in the condition in which they were sent. Please email info@xomarialouise.com for all return or exchange requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number, and Confirmation. Returns or exchanges will be credited for the purchase price of the bracelet. The price of the shipping costs will not be factored into the credited amount. The bracelet you wish to exchange must be shipped back in its original packaging.
Items listed as Limited Edition may not be returned or exchanged. Your satisfaction is our priority. If an item is a Custom Order and is not filled correctly, e.g., the wrong color or material, email info@xomarialouise.com with your Name, Address, Order Number, and Confirmation. The bracelet you wish to exchange must be shipped back in its original packaging. Upon approval, a corrected replacement bracelet will be shipped at no additional cost.
